Accommodation

To facilitate better cooperation among delegates and to offer a HKMUN experience to its fullest extent, accommodation will be provided for delegates during the conference at Royal Park Hotel in Shatin. Local delegates could opt for such accommodation  or not, but for non-local delegates, they should better choose the accommodation provided. The registration fee are as follow:

Registration Fee for local delegates: HK$ 2,000 (with accommodation) or HK$650 (without accommodation)/delegate
Registration Fee for all the non-local delegates: HK$ 2,080/delegate; US$ 270/delegate. (Bank handling charge and accommodation included)

Royal Park Hotel

 

Royal Park Hotel is located in 8 Pak Hok Ting Street Shatin (adjacent to New Town Plaza). It is the official Olympic Village of the 2008 Equestrian Game. Overlooking Shing Mun River and Shatin Central Park, it is a 16-storey twin tower with commanding views. Transportation is convenient with MTR Shatin station near it, linking it to the Central Business District, the airport, other sites and attractions etc. The hotel is 25 minutes from China by rail and 45 minutes from the Hong Kong International Airport. Royal Park Hotel provides facilities such as health and recreational facilities, meeting and banqueting facilities and dining facilities. It is also near New Town Plaza, a large shopping and entertainment complex.
